Pierson Wireless Corp. seeks a Project Foreman to lead installation and integration of DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems.

You will supervise field technicians and subcontractors, manage site logistics, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with customers to meet project milestones. The role requires hands-on RF knowledge, fiber and coax cabling experience, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear work plans.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience or training.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with RF in-building systems and DAS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site teams and subcontractors for DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell installs.
• Ensure installation standards, safety, and on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate with customers to align timelines and requirements.
• Review time logs, progress, and documentation in project management tools.
• Support RF and fiber installations from inception to close-out.
