Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing the deployment of Fixed Wireless Access systems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product management and business stakeholders to support network integration including wireless and IT systems. This role requires strong project management skills, working knowledge of IT systems and the ability to drive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
  2. Collaborate with customers' engineering and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
  4. Track project progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  6. Coordinate cross‑functional resources and manage dependencies across multiple projects.
  7. Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
  8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and quality standards.
  9. Analyze project performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  1. 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a similar role.
  2. Experience managing wireless programs and/or IT infrastructure projects.
  3. Deployment of millimeter wave products a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
  5. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  8. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
  2. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  3. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or enterprise systems integration.
  4. Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
