Confidential Search in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead multiple wireless retail locations and drive sales and customer experience.

You will partner with executive leadership, coach Store Managers, optimize staffing and operations, and ensure consistent brand standards across the market.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-unit retail management, strong analytical skills, and a track record of improving performance in high-ticket environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience preferred.
• Experience in wireless retail, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related high-ticket retail environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales performance, and improving operational results.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of multiple retail locations to ensure consistent achievement of sales, service, and operational targets.
• Analyze sales metrics, performance trends, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish, implement, and monitor operational procedures, policies, and best practices that promote efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to uphold compliance, quality standards, and brand excellence.
