Job summary

Exclusive Wireless in Washington state is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to create a high-performing sales floor focused on outstanding customer service. You will lead and coach the team, drive sales performance, and implement improvements based on analytics.

The role requires management experience or equivalent, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
