Qualifications

• Previous multi-unit, wireless sales management experience required.
• Background and drug screening as part of the process.
• Reliable transportation to oversee locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all locations within the district to drive profitability.
• Coach and develop store teams through ongoing training.
• Meet or exceed sales goals via phone upgrades and accessory bundling.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple terms and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and motivate top talent across the district.
