Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and key performance metrics through coaching, communication with staff, and motivation of wireless consultants and store managers
• Utilize and teach how to effectively use sales tools to drive results in the district
• Provide sales forecasting to company leadership
• Assist Store leadership in building a successful team
• Execute strategies to drive SMB growth (outbound calls, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
• Create a culture of using CRM systems to increase traffic in stores
