Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Wireless Sales District Leader to drive growth across 10–15 store locations. You will hire, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, owning staffing and in-store execution.

Expect to travel up to 85% of the time, visit stores, coach in the moment, analyze data, and partner with Talent Acquisition and store managers. This leadership role offers base salary plus a monthly bonus, health insurance, and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership (district management).
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district, including some evenings/weekends.
• Wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with store leaders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field leader visiting stores and coaching in the moment.
• Develop and mentor a team of wireless sellers and leads to grow performance.
• Own recruiting and onboarding to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Turn data into action by analyzing metrics and improving execution across the district.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and bring insights to senior leadership.
• Set a customer-first tone and lead ethically with your team.
