Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Wireless team. Manage 3-4 locations, coach Wireless Sales Pros, and drive recruitment to meet sales goals. Training will cover wireless plans, devices and promotions.

The role offers a base salary with performance bonuses and a full benefits package. Excellent career advancement opportunities exist within the program and across 1,300 locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Interest in wireless products and services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, demand management, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals.
• Motivate and empower teams to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices.
• Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused workforce.
• Foster collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
