Job Description

The Wire Transfer Representative supports the Wire Department by handling inbound phone calls and processing wire transfer requests for both internal partners and customers. This role operates in a fast-paced call center environment and requires individuals to remain available for phone calls throughout the workday while accurately entering transaction data and initiating wire transfers. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a phone-based environment and managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of clerical and/or wire transfer experience

• Thorough knowledge of wire transfer and key entry
• Well-developed clerical and customer service skills

Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
