Job summary

PNC is seeking a Wire Transfer Product Management Lead in the Treasury Management Global Payments organization. You will define the wire transfer strategy, manage a multi-year roadmap, and drive revenue and cost outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Wire transfer product management experience including U.S. domestic and cross-border wires, beneficiary deduct and auto FX solutions.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with product development, operations and other stakeholders.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms and initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across business and development/technology stakeholders.
• Experience operating at a strategic level while maintaining accountability for execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively select, manage and partner with correspondent banks for select cross-border wire processing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy for Wire Transfer including competitive position, growth strategies, financial metrics and roadmap.
• Champions product improvements with clear business justification and prioritization.
• Manages product financials including budgeting and forecasting of revenue growth and expenses.
• Partners with Operations, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance to ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinates with Go To Market teams to develop marketing materials and educate TM partners on capabilities.
• Engages in industry groups and with Federal Reserve/correspondent banks to influence industry change.
• Collaborates with Retail, Capital Markets/FX and other lines on enterprise wire initiatives.
