Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager in Treasury Management, focused on Immediate Payments across Real Time, FedNow, and related services. You will lead a team of product managers, shape the multi-year roadmap, and drive revenue and cost outcomes while partnering with Technology, Operations, Sales, and Risk to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive Immediate Payments product management experience including instant payments, intelligent payment routing, B2C payee choice solutions, direct-to-debit card and Zelle disbursements.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with product development, operations, sales and other stakeholders.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms and initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across business and development/technology stakeholders.
• Experience operating and presenting at a strategic level while maintaining accountability for execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences and with senior-level corporate decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy plan for the Immediate Payments product line including the competitive position, growth strategies, financial and performance metrics and product roadmap.
• Champions product improvements including appropriate business justification and prioritization.
• Manages the product financials including budgeting and forecasting of revenue growth and direct expenses.
• Partners closely with Operations, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance partners to ensure a positive end-to-end client experience.
• Partners closely with Go-to-Market teams to develop and maintain marketing materials and educate TM partners on capabilities.
• Collaborates with industry groups and regulators to influence positive industry change and standards.
