PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead in the Treasury Management organization to own end-to-end product lifecycle for digital payment solutions for commercial clients. Based across multiple U.S.

cities, you will drive innovation for ACH, wire, RTP, and ERP-integrated payments while ensuring secure client experiences. You will lead agile teams, partner with engineering, risk, and marketing, and champion customer-centric payment experiences across international clients with emphasis on

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
Experience managing payment experiences for international clients.
Experience with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and bias for action.

Responsibilities

Execute product strategy and roadmaps for commercial digital banking payments.
Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users.
Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance and business stakeholders.
Manage backlogs, define requirements and priorities on agile teams.
Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure features meet risk and regulatory standards.
Craft strategic presentations and partner with Marketing.
Support TM Care Center and implementations teams with onboarding experiences.
