Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Management Sr Manager in Treasury Management Global Payments. Based in Pittsburgh, NY, Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas or Phoenix, you will lead a team delivering real-time payments, routing, ePayments, Direct-to-Debit, and Zelle disbursements.

You will define strategy and roadmaps, drive adoption and revenue, and partner across Product Development, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Risk. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive Immediate Payments product management experience including real-time payments, routing, B2C payee solutions and Zelle disbursements.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with product development, operations, sales and other stakeholders.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy plan for the Immediate Payments product line including the competitive position, growth strategies, financial and performance metrics and product roadmap.
• Champions product improvements with business justification and prioritization; collaborates with product development and operations on scope and requirements.
• Manages product financials including budgeting and forecasting of revenue growth and direct expenses; provides periodic updates.
• Partners with Operations, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance to ensure a positive end-to-end client experience.
• Partners with Go-to-Market teams to develop marketing collateral and educate TM partners on product capabilities.
• Participates in industry groups and engages with regulators to influence industry discussions.
