Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Management Sr. Manager in its Treasury Management Global Payments group to lead a team delivering Instant Payments, routing, and Zelle disbursements across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Extensive Immediate Payments product management experience including instant payments, routing, B2C payee and Zelle disbursements.
Proven ability to partner with product development, operations, sales and other stakeholders.
Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms and initiatives.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive alignment across business and tech teams.
Experience presenting at industry conferences and to senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains the product strategy plan for the Immediate Payments line, aligning with partners across Treasury Management and the enterprise.
Champions product improvements with business justification and prioritization, defining scope for new initiatives.
Manages product financials, including budgeting, forecasting and updates on revenue growth and expenses.
Partners with Operations, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance to ensure a positive end-to-end client experience.
Collaborates with Go-to-Market teams on marketing materials and educates TM partners on product capabilities.
