Job summary

PNC is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management in the Treasury Management Global Payments area. Based in multiple U.S. cities, you will lead a team responsible for Instant Payments, routing, ePayments, and Zelle disbursements.

You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and financial outcomes while partnering with product development, technology, risk, and marketing teams. This role requires executive-level communication and a track record of strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive Immediate Payments product management experience including instant payments, routing, and Zelle disbursements.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms and initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Immediate Payments product strategy and roadmap across TM and enterprise.
• Champions product improvements with justifications and prioritization.
• Manages product financials including budgeting and forecasting of revenue growth and expenses.
• Partners with Operations, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance for end-to-end client experience.
• Collaborates with GTM teams to create marketing collateral and educate TM partners.
