Job summary

PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead for its Treasury Management group, based in multiple U.S. cities including Raleigh, NC. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle for digital payment solutions across ACH, wires, real-time payments and ERP workflows for commercial clients.

You will drive product strategy, customer experience, risk alignment and cross-functional delivery, partnering with engineering, risk, marketing and service teams to ensure best-in-class adoption and implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in product management.
• Experience leading digital payment or comparable product teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage agile backlogs and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmap for commercial digital payment products.
• Champion secure, scalable payment experiences across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, marketing and business teams.
• Lead agile teams, manage backlogs and priorities.
• Monitor market trends and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Deliver strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Escalate and coordinate with TM Care and implementation teams.
