Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or operational support is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of wire transfer processing preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state banking laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supports and performs duties assigned by the Wire Transfer Operations Team Lead and/or Manager.
• Processes and verifies incoming and outgoing wire transfers through various channels.
• Reviews and inputs outgoing wire transfers including returns and drawdowns for Seacoast customers.
• Conducts account maintenance, transaction review and documentation in accordance with policies.
• Performs callback verifications to confirm transaction details and authenticity.
• Performs security verifications to validate authenticity of transfers.
• Assists staff and customers with electronic wire products (password resets, enrollments, etc.).
• Coordinates with clients and service partners for proper documentation for transfer of funds.
• Reconciles fraud monitoring queue and OFAC inquiries, conducts proper due diligence.
• Investigates suspicious or fraudulent claims per bank policy.
• Maintains risk and fraud mitigation related to electronic services.
• Handles customer service interactions and answers inquiries.
• Adheres to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
