Job summary

The role collaborates across teams to ensure secure, timely processing and investigation support when issues arise.

Responsibilities include processing FEDWIRE/SWIFT transfers, executing security verifications, OFAC/Travel Rule compliance, and reconciliation tasks within BS Online and the T-24

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process daily wire transfers (Outgoing/Incoming/Internal) via FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT ALLIANCE.
• Verify instructions include security procedures (callbacks, signatures).
• Ensure Travel Rule compliance and related regulations for processing wire transfers.
• Ensure OFAC program engine functions with overrides for necessary approvals.
• Assist with wire transfer investigations and pending issues per guidelines.
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies in Payments Service area.
• Follow Bank policies when performing Paying & Receiving on T-24 and other systems.
• Assist with Check 21 and ACH transactions as needed.
• Process wire transfers received through BS Online.
• Collaborate on incidents or errors related to wire transfers per procedures.
• Coordinate reception and sending of payment orders between SFC and MLOC II.
• Contribute to department and Bank objectives; support ongoing processes.
• Identify pending transactions in reconciliation reports and obtain necessary information for regularization.
