Kforce is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist in Miami, FL to support daily banking payment operations, including wire transfers, processing, investigations, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have experience with wire transfers (FEDWIRE/SWIFT), ACH, and payment processing, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience with wire transfers and payment processing is required.
• Familiarity with FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT is required.
• Knowledge of ACH transactions is required.
• Experience with payment investigations and reconciliations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily banking payment operations, including incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• Process transactions and conduct payment investigations and reconciliations.
• Resolve payment-related issues and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
