Kforce is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist in Miami, FL to support daily banking payment operations, including wire transfers, processing, investigations, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have experience with wire transfers (FEDWIRE/SWIFT), ACH, and payment processing, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience with wire transfers and payment processing is required.
• Familiarity with FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT is required.
• Knowledge of ACH transactions is required.
• Experience with payment investigations and reconciliations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist. Summary: This position will support daily banking payment operations, including incoming and outgoing wire transfers, transaction processing, payment investigations, reconciliations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience with wire transfers, FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT, ACH transactions, payment processing, OFAC procedures, and reconciliations. The Payment Operations Specialist should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a transaction-driven banking operations environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of related experience
• Wire transfer and payment processing experience
• FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT experience
• ACH knowledge
• Payment investigation and reconciliation experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
