Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Wire Operations Specialist to provide operational support for wire transfers and related banking services. You will communicate with colleagues and customers, resolve issues, and help maintain accurate daily reports and reconciliations.

The role involves cross-training across departments, following compliance procedures, and supporting treasury management services as needed. A strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years administrative and/or accounting experience.
• 2 years banking electronic payment processing experience.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Processes wire transfers with proficiency and speed.
• Communicate with internal colleagues and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Resolve issues by researching solutions and identifying best options; escalate as needed.
• Cross-train to support multiple departmental tasks and update procedures.
• Provide reporting to bank management.
