You will work with banking centers, Treasury Management, and security teams to resolve exceptions and ensure smooth payment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in wire transfer operations, banking center, or similar function.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with banking centers, Treasury Management, and internal teams to resolve exceptions.
• Monitor FedWire flow and OFAC queue; report suspicious activity as applicable.
• Research and process more complex incoming/outgoing wires as needed.
