Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers.
• Ensures information/documentation for wires is complete and accurate.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements for wire transfers.
• Provides customer service for wire transfer inquiries and issues.
• Maintains detailed records of wire transfer transactions.
• Monitors for potentially fraudulent activity and OFAC issues; handles escalations.
• Collaborates with compliance, risk, and customer service for seamless operations.
• Supports UAT, audits, and other ad hoc requests.
• Assists training of newer team members.
