Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process wire transfers through Payments Exchange system with accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with internal colleagues and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Investigate issues by researching solutions and escalate as needed.
• Cross-train across department functions and update procedures as required.
• Provide reporting to bank management and identify process improvements.
• Assist as backup for Operations and support Treasury Management services.
