Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance; must live within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.
• Preferred: 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• SC Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams; ENOVIA.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify components per guidelines for medium- and high-voltage assemblies.
• Work from drawings, sketches, and instructions following procedures.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and cleanliness; adhere to ISO checklists.
• Support engineering, drafting, and supervision with development activities.
• Coach colleagues to share knowledge and skill development.
