Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a detail‑oriented, hands‑on Production Planning Coordinator to manage the closure of manufacturing jobs in the ERP system and support inventory accuracy. You will work with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper part setup and bin locations.

Travel is <10%, and the role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, with lean manufacturing experience preferred. On-site role at Fort Worth facility offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production coordination or manufacturing support role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management principles.
• Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely closing of production jobs in the ERP system.
• Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
• Collaborate with production, planning and finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances with warehouse and procurement.
• Support cycle counting and lean manufacturing initiatives.
