Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP, Kardex and PPG.
• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory control and warehousing.
• Experience analyzing inventory data and identifying process improvements.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation systems and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory and material movement data from SAP, Kardex and PPG.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Act as liaison between warehouse operations, planning, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Support Kardex VLM operations and material storage optimization.
• Develop material handling strategies for picking, put-away, replenishment and Kanban.
• Ensure accurate material master data and inventory attributes.
• Investigate variances and perform root cause analysis.
