Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky (CATK), the U.S. battery manufacturing subsidiary of CATL, seeks a Process Improvement & Standards Enforcement professional to identify root causes in material control, production execution, and inventory accuracy.

You will refine end-to-end material lifecycle processes, promote automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data reliability. The role requires on-site work in Kentucky and a strong background in ERP/MES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations, production planning, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MES.
• Experience with Power BI, RPA, or data automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage scrap account processes with proper documentation and accounting.
• Support system troubleshooting on the production line related to orders or master data.
• Act as cross-functional liaison between production, planning, warehouse, and IT.
• Provide training for operations staff on procedures.
