Job Overview
  1. Identify the potential failure modes in the production process and output effective control methods to ensure the effective implementation and achievement of the process plan.
  2. Be responsible for improving the yield, leading the analysis and improvement of defective products in the process, including the analysis and improvement of the causes of batch quality accidents and the implementation of improvement measures.
  3. Be responsible for the follow‑up improvement of safety‑quality control points and formulate standard specifications.
  4. Leading the solution of product and process problems in the process of customer audit.
  5. Be responsible for the trial run of new materials verification and the analysis and improvement of related process problems.
  6. Responsible for the production of customer samples.
  7. Be responsible for the preparation of process/product standard documents such as CP / SOP.
  8. Responsible for the maintenance of process products in the production system.
  9. Assist the production line Release and be responsible for the work related to the new line / line switching process.
  10. Participate in customer audit.
  11. Assist customers to complain about FA and improve; (Assist in dealing with customers' complaints and feedbacks (FA)).
  12. Receive cross‑border training and travel.
  13. Coordinate the yield improvement of the production line, support and coordinate the resources of relevant departments to achieve team tasks.
  14. Coordinate the improvement plan and achievement of departmental KPI indicators.
  15. Support the development of process product training in the cultivation work of other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, welding, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, machinery, electrical, automation, energy and power, vehicle engineering, communication and other related majors.
  2. 5-8 years experience in manufacturing process engineering, product development, quality management and project management.
  3. Engineering background is preferred.
  4. Have basic knowledge of probability theory, mechanical drawing and engineering drawing.
  5. Knowledge of project management.
  6. Familiar with process improvement, YUFTY improvement and process improvement, and have systematic improvement ability.
  7. Familiar with 6sigma and other engineering methods, and master FMEA, FTA, 8D, SPC, MSA and other engineering tools.
  8. Familiar with IATF16949/VDA quality system, master the preparation of PFMEA / CP / SOP / ENW and other standard process documents.
  9. Skillfully use data analysis software such as Minitab / JMP / Matlab and office software, and have strong data analysis and processing ability.
  10. Excellent logical analysis ability.
  11. Excellent communication and coordination ability and learning ability; strong execution.
  12. Have the ability to independently design and develop new product process.
  13. Familiar with the process flow and process control of product production, and master the relevant knowledge of process quality improvement.
  14. Proficient in product failure analysis methods.
  15. Master PPAP and other project management methods, be able to effectively identify risks and obtain resources to deal with problems in time.
  16. The application ability of PLC program reading, Python programming, visual software and AI related tools is preferred.
  17. Engineering experience in lithium battery industry, automobile and automobile supply chain industry is preferred.
  18. Multicultural integration work experience is preferred.
  19. Barrier‑free communication in English/local languages of relevant countries, knowing Chinese is preferred.
  20. Studying abroad/living/working experience is preferred.
  21. Have more than 1 year leadership experience in an engineering team with 1 ~ 3 engineers.
  22. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
  23. Clear logical thinking, good driving force and cooperation ability.
  24. Strong compression resistance.
  25. Have excellent expression and communication skills.
  26. Able to work under strong pressure, strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  1. Regular, predictable on‑site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
