Job summary

The Piedmont Triad Regional Council in Kernersville is seeking a skilled Work-Based Learning Coordinator to support WIOA initiatives, providing technical assistance, program oversight, and compliance across work-based learning activities such as Work Experience and On-the-Job Training.

The role guides processes, policies, and partnerships to improve service delivery, strengthen collaborations, and achieve positive employment outcomes for job seekers and employers through NCWorks Career Centers

Qualifications

• A combination of education and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in business and management with knowledge of WIOA policies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to review information for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assists with outreach, events, partnerships and engagement
• Handles Work Experience approvals and tracking
• Provides On-the-Job Training technical assistance, review and tracking
• Provides Incumbent worker grant technical assistance, review and tracking
• Functions as local area youth lead
• Coordinates and facilitates Youth Services Council Meetings
• Develop, update, and implement policies, procedures, and guidance materials to support program effectiveness and compliance
