Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Work Based Learning Coordinator to lead the Work Experience (WEX) program, coordinating activities with Career Navigators and the Business Services Team in Green Country, OK. This non-exempt role supports regional scheduling, employer partnerships, and contract performance.

You will review timesheets, manage regional recruitment, and ensure accurate data entry while adhering to local policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year building relationships or related workforce development experience.
• Strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills; able to communicate effectively.
• Must read and understand performance reports.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Analyze work experience activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Review and enter WEX timesheets into the DWFS system.
• Coordinate regional timesheet pickup and paycheck distribution.
• Procure Worksite Agreements and obtain signatures for approval.
• Coordinate regional orientations for WEX participants.
• Recruit participants regionally when needed.
• Track outcomes and manage contractual goals for WEX.
• Review employer evaluations and take appropriate actions.
• Ensure data entry and case notes are accurate per policy.
• Suggest process improvements to raise performance and compliance.
