Job summary

Peckham, Inc. in Lansing, MI is seeking a Program Manager to lead workforce development programs in partnership with CAMW! and Peckham, Inc.

You will ensure program compliance, manage budgets, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet contractual goals. Responsibilities include monitoring referrals, overseeing data management, reporting performance, and coordinating with partner agencies. This role is grant-funded and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of case management, workforce development, or career coaching experience.
• 1-2 years of team leadership and supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic program.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and oversight of program staff.
• Monitor referrals and caseloads for eligibility and compliance.
• Onboard and train staff to ensure operational consistency.
• Meet performance expectations aligned with contracts and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and participant support as needed.
• Conduct routine file reviews to ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with CAMW! and Peckham partners on service delivery.
• Oversee budgets, contract modifications, and expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement in program design and service delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and respond to stakeholders.
