Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
  • 3–5 years of case management, workforce development, or career coaching experience.
  • 1–2 years of team leadership and supervision experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day team leadership and oversight of program staff.
  • Monitor referrals and caseloads for eligibility and compliance.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
  • Manage program budgets and contract modifications.
  • Prepare responses to CAMW and Accountability Committee on performance.
  • Utilize OSMIS and APEX databases for performance measures.
