Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of case management, workforce development, or career coaching experience.
  • 1–2 years of team leadership and supervision.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience accepted.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and support program goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Apply best practices in career counseling, guidance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day team leadership and oversee program staff and operations to ensure client outcomes.
  • Monitor referrals and caseloads for eligibility and policy adherence.
  • Onboard and train staff to ensure compliant operations.
  • Contribute to performance targets and contract requirements.
  • Provide crisis intervention and individualized support to participants.
