Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of case management, workforce development, or career coaching experience.
  • 1-2 years of team leadership and supervision experience.
  • Equivalent education, training, or experience may be considered.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day team leadership, support and oversight of program staff and service operations.
  • Monitor referrals and caseloads for eligibility, compliance, documentation and policy adherence.
  • Provide onboarding and continuous training to staff to ensure compliant operations.
  • Contribute to achieving performance expectations aligned with contracts and goals.
  • Oversee program budgets, contract modifications and monitoring of expenses.
  • Prepare comprehensive responses to CAMW and the Accountability Committee.
