Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
• Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).
• Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, coach, and support the spa team with emphasis on teamwork.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate information to employees.
• Oversee scheduling, reporting, and operational aspects of daily spa operations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to needs with urgency.
• Report injuries per established protocols and conduct disciplinary actions when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
