This part-time, seasonal role is focused on delivering warm hospitality and seamless guest experiences, from check-in to post-visit follow-up, with a proactive approach to guest needs in a dynamic hotel setting.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of guest service experience, can work outdoors in winter, and is able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience.
• Hotel experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling.
• Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in guests with hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with all requests.
• Process payment with accuracy.
• Daily setup and breakdown of Winter Spa.
• Explain facility rules and regulations to guests.
• Report injuries according to protocols.
• Answer emails and phone calls to assist guests.

Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced, high-energy and outgoing individual who will proactively provide constant support, guidance, and exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with all requests.
• Process payment with efficiency and accuracy.
• Daily set up and breakdown of Winter Spa.
• Ensure guests are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
• Report all injuries in compliance with The William Vale’s established protocols.
• Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests. Extend assistance to resolve guest issues and communicate to relevant parties.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience required.
• Hotel experience a plus.

• Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
• Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).
• Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
