Qualifications

• Experience in snow removal operations including plowing and salting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Chauffeur's license and Michigan DOT Card preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Weather monitoring of forecasts and snow events.
• Coordinate with staff, sub-contractors, and temps to set event times.
• Provide on-site training and coaching to teams.
• Manage dispatch boards, route sheets, and equipment logistics.
• Assign tasks to team leaders with site maps and budgeted hours.
• Supervise operations during storms for safety and quality.
• Oversee incident reports and photos for HR.
• Review storm events and coach teams post-event.
• Keep Snow Dispatcher updated on equipment and personnel.
• Ensure properties meet Lucia Landscaping standards after events.
