Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or snow operations.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, enhancement installation, and snow removal practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for landscape enhancements, maintenance, and snow removal.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of projects; manage crews and resources.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; report variances to Operations Director.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, labor hours, and materials.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards across all seasonal operations.
