Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting in Wheaton, IL is seeking an Operations Manager - Land & Snow to lead daily field operations across landscape enhancements, maintenance, and winter snow services. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating crews, equipment, and materials, managing budgets, and ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction year-round.

This is a fast-paced seasonal environment; early mornings and on-call snow response may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, snow operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, irrigation, enhancement installation, and snow removal practices.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Landscape Enhancements: plan, schedule, and execute installations and upgrades.
• Landscape Maintenance: support routing, scheduling, and crew mobilization.
• Snow & Winter Operations: assist with snow removal planning and execution.
• Leadership & Operations: maintain records, manage equipment, enforce safety standards.
• Identify operational improvements across landscape and winter seasons.
