Qualifications

• Snow removal experience required for operations leadership.
• Michigan Driver’s License required; Chauffeur’s license preferred.
• Ability to lead crews under pressure during storms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial snow and ice operations per contract specs.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and material before and during storms.
• Drive truck and trailer to transport heavy machinery.
• Perform onsite inspections for safety and quality.
• Provide field support during heavy storms or staffing shortages.
• Direct bulk salt and de-icer application safely.
• Communicate with operations team and clients.
• Maintain service documentation and time records electronically.
• Prepare and maintain winter equipment before/after events.
