Qualifications

• Willing to teach children and adults alike.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests through positive interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in various types of inclement weather.
• Ability to attend Ski and Ride training sessions for both professional and personal development.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to ski/ride green terrain comfortably and under control or willing to learn!
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with registration for Ski & Ride programs.
• Equipment fitting and setup, including surfaces lifts, teaching areas, and related facilities.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of facilities and assisting supervisory staff as necessary.
• Upholding the highest levels of guest and employee safety.
• Supporting in operational responsibilities of Ski & Ride programs and teaching areas.
