Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to share their love for adventure sports with guests. You will greet guests, assist with registration and equipment fitting, and help maintain teaching areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to teach children and adults alike.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.
• Willing to work in various types of inclement weather.
• Ability to attend Ski and Ride training sessions for development.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to ski/ride green terrain comfortably or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with registration, equipment fitting, and teaching areas setup.
• Contribute to safe operations of Ski & Ride programs and teaching spaces.
• Support supervisory staff and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Help team deliver engaging outdoor experiences that connect guests with the resort.
