City of St. Louis Park is seeking a Facility Attendant for the December–February season. The role involves opening and closing facilities, monitoring skating rinks, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will staff shifts averaging 20 hours per week and assist with equipment and building upkeep.

Responsibilities include welcoming participants, handling postings and reports, following procedures after incidents, and communicating with the supervisor about location needs and schedules.

Formación

• Must be 15 years of age.
• Experience working with the public is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close facilities and monitor skating rinks to ensure safety and a welcoming environment.
• Greet participants and assist with equipment setup and facility cleanliness.
• Report to work as scheduled, follow shift changes, and maintain building security.
• Provide information about warming house rentals and follow safety procedures; call 911 if needed.
• Complete required forms (accident, attendance, time sheets) and liaise with supervisor on location needs.
