Qualifications

• Degree candidate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD is required.
• Minitab, Smart Draw, and Simscale experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a thermal efficiency audit and present optimization recommendations.
• Study workflows with management to identify inefficiencies and align with financial goals.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes, applying knowledge of product, process, design, tooling, and materials.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout.
• Provide data-driven performance metrics and dashboard reporting to drive continuous improvement.
