• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite at the Tarboro, NC Plant.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multiple CI projects in a fast-paced environment, including continuous improvement, digital systems, and equipment projects.
• Assist in maximizing equipment capability and driving process consistency.
• Work with operators to capture best practices and create standardization documents.
• Project management: undertake two CI projects from start to finish to deliver efficiency gains.
• Assist in developing Redzone learning modules and converting manual floor tracking to digital systems.
