Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process and design engineers to improve equipment, processes, and packaging quality.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics through data analysis and reporting.
• Assist with data capture, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Spend time on the production floor to observe operations in a fast-paced facility.
• Provide technical assistance and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
