Project assignments vary by business needs and student area of study, with mentorship, seminars, and a final presentation, plus a safety-focused, continuous-improvement culture.

Qualifications

• This internship requires enrollment in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and communication skills, with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering initiatives for infrastructure improvements and automation across manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate current systems, analyze performance data, and contribute to efficiency, reliability and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Production teams and attend seminars.
• Prepare and present project findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
