Job summary

Park City Mountain is hiring for winter seasonal Lift Experience leadership roles in Park City, UT. You will be the frontline leader for Lift Experience and Scanners, coaching teams and ensuring safe, efficient operation of lifts.

Starting wage ranges from $25.00 to $32.14 per hour. Housing may be available. Applicants must be 18+ and have 1-2 years of lift or mountain operations experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years lift or mountain operations experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lift operations within assigned areas.
• Coordinate staffing and support scheduling.
