Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter season roles including Lift Experience Lead. This position leads daily lift operations, oversees team members, and ensures guest safety and service at the mountain.

The role requires 1-2 years in lift or mountain operations, fluency in English, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Seasonal, full-time hours with wage range of $22.00–$29.22 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of lift or mountain operations experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including staffing and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising operators and scanners.
• Maintain knowledge of safety policies and enforce them for guest safety.
• Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance and electrical teams to resolve issues.
• Promote clean, organized workstations and provide guest issue resolutions.
